Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the site visit. If conditions change or additional work is discovered, we will provide an updated quote before proceeding.

Final pricing may vary from estimates if unforeseen circumstances arise during installation, such as underground utilities, rock formations, or property line disputes. We will communicate any changes and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

If payment is not received according to the agreed schedule, we reserve the right to place a lien on your property for unpaid amounts. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring our crew has clear access to the work area. This includes removing any obstacles, securing pets, and marking the location of underground utilities or sprinkler systems.

We will make reasonable efforts to protect your landscaping and property during installation. However, some minor disruption is normal with fence installation, and we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage or issues with underground systems not properly marked.

Permits and Approvals

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, homeowner association approvals, or easement permissions before work begins. We can assist with the permit application process for an additional fee if requested.

Work cannot begin until all required approvals are in place. Delays caused by permit or approval processes are not our responsibility.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty on labor for a specified period as outlined in your service agreement. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover damage caused by severe weather, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. We will provide you with warranty information for all materials used in your project.

Liability Limitations

We carry appropriate insurance for our business operations. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for damage caused by acts of nature, third parties, or issues beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or significant planning work has been completed.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
